Frequently Asked Questions
1.) Where can I find parking? Is free parking available?
All day Parking is $15. The closest parking option for the event is located at the front of the Carnsale Commons building. From your starting address, input the parking lot structure address provided below in your phone map of choice. Once you get to the parking structure, proceed to the “Pay‐by‐Space” kiosks located on the P1 level and pay for parking. Park in any unmarked space Place the permit on your car dashboard so it is visible through the driver’s side of the windshield.
After paying, you can take the parking elevator to the lobby. It will be a short 5-minute walk to the venue. There will be signs along the way or you can use the venue address provided below to navigate using your phone map. 2.) Do I need to present my ticket on arrival?
Yes, please check in with registration in the lobby when you arrive.
3.) What should I bring with me on the day of the conference?
We encourage you to bring a positive attitude and an eagerness to engage with fellow attendees and the conference content. However, you don't need to bring any specific equipment or materials with you on the day of the event. We have everything covered to ensure your conference experience is smooth and enjoyable. Just come prepared to learn, connect, and have a great time!
4.) What is included in my ticket?
Your ticket will give you all-day access to the event plus breakfast, lunch, snacks, and comped tickets for drinks for happy hour
5.) Will there be a recording of the session?
Unfortunately not. Currently, our main focus is on optimizing our in-person events. But we will be considering this for future events.
6.) Can I attend at any time?
Absolutely, we aim to accommodate your schedule. While the conference officially starts at 9:30 a.m., you are welcome to arrive at your convenience. Upon arrival, please remember to register at the designated table. The flexibility doesn't stop there; you can attend for the entire day or just a half-day if that suits your schedule better. Additionally, for those planning to stay all day or for extended hours, we have a dedicated room where you can work or make calls in between conference sessions. We want to ensure your experience is as convenient and tailored to your needs as possible.
7.) Is there a dress code?
The dress code for the conference is “smart casual”, but you are welcome to dress up as much as you like.
